| The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) AuthorityThe Occupational Health and Safety Authority has the duty to see that the levels of occupational health and safety protection (including radiation protection) established by the local (Maltese) legislation are maintained and implemented. It has an advisory role in the making of regulations to promote, maintain and protect a high level of occupational health and safety and monitors compliance with the legislation and take enforcement action.
